The SYCATUS RIN Measurement System combines high-sensitivity, low-noise optical receivers to 40 GHz with Keysight Technologies high-performance signal analyzers. The RIN of the laser can impact the Signal to Noise Ratio of the communication network and can be critical; especially in multi-level modulation formats.  SYCATUS' unique calibration approach achieves very high accuracy and repeatability.
